We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Linage Arms. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return or exchange any item (except guns or ammunition) within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in new and unused condition. Please note the following:

LineageArms charges a 20% administrative fee on all returns. Our administration fee will be waived on any items that have a manufacturer defect.

Returns can be processed for: damages (make us aware within 5 business days), product defects, warranty issues and wrong item ordered.

Customer will be responsible for all shipping and FFL transfer costs except on clothing or women safety kits.

All clearance and as-is firearm sales are final and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

Any firearm that has been fired, used, customized or altered CANNOT be returned. This includes items removed from the original manufacturers packaging.

Ammunition CANNOT be returned.

We DO NOT accept returns, except for manufacturer defect, for the following states:

California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Illinois, Connecticut, Hawaii, Washington D.C and Maryland

All firearm returns must go through a local Licensed FFL Dealer.

Please DO NOT initiate a direct request to the shipping carrier to change the delivery location for your order, LineageArms will not be held liable for any shipping related issues or lost packages resulting from the change.
