LineageArms is not responsible for missing, stolen or lost packages after a shipment is successfully delivered.
A claim will not be submitted to the carrier if the carrier provided delivery confirmations, delivery scans and/or picture evidence prove successful shipment delivery to the destination address.
Addresses: Billing and shipping addresses are not validated for correctness. LinegeArms is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
Delayed or Lost Shipments: LineageArms will coordinate with shipping carriers regarding delayed or lost shipments. Please contact us to start the process.
